Pre-Registration for the 2017 Caribbean Dermatology Conference Is Now Closed.
On-Site Registration opens on Wednesday November 8, 2017 at the Coco-Palm Resort. On-Site Registration and function ticket purchases can only be paid in USD cash, Credit Cards will not be accepted on-site.
Registration for all categories includes General Sessions, Exhibits, Coffee Breaks, Lunches and Welcome Reception..Registration in the various categories are subject to the policies below. The CDA reserves the right to refuse ineligible registrations.
Physician Registration is open to all medical doctors regardless of specialty.
Allied Health Registration is open to allied medical professionals including nurses, technicians, pharmacists and post-graduate medical students.
Student Registration is open to medical students, subject to verification with ID.
Industry Registration is ONLY open to companies/organizations that are exhibiting at CDA 2017. This policy is intended to ensure an optimal ratio of medical professionals to industry representatives. Request a Sponsorship and Exhibit Prospectus.
One-Day Registration includes General Sessions, Exhibits, Lunches and Coffee Breaks for only the day(s) registered.
Cancellation must be in writing. Cancellations received by July 31, 2017, will attract no penalty. Cancellations received by August 30, 2017 will attract a 50% penalty. Cancellations received after August 30, 2017 are not entitled to a refund.
A separate form must be completed for each attendee.
